4. Shipping & Delivery
* We ship orders within India only and offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
* Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and delivery takes 4-7 business days depending on location.
* Customers will receive tracking details via email and SMS once the order is dispatched.
* We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, courier issues, or strikes.
5. Returns & Exchanges
* No Refunds: We strictly do not offer refunds on any purchase.
* Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed only within 3 days of delivery for the following reasons:
* Wrong size received
* Fabric defects, loose threads, misplaced patches, or dirty articles
* Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging for exchange eligibility.
* Customers must contact us at contact@thebrownfeathr.com within the exchange window with order details and images of the issue.
