Refund & Exchange Policy

At TBF - The Brown Feathr, we maintain a strict no-refund policy on all purchases. However, we do offer exchanges under specific conditions.
Exchange Window
* Exchanges are allowed within 4 days of receiving the order.
Eligible Reasons for Exchange
We only accept exchanges in the following cases:
* Size Issues – If the fit isn’t right, you can exchange for a different size (subject to availability).
* Defective Product – If the article received has fabric defects, loose threads, misplaced patches, or is dirty.


Exchange Process
* To initiate an exchange, contact us at contact@thebrownfeathr.com within 4 days of delivery with your order details and clear images of the issue (if applicable).
* The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
* Once your exchange request is approved, we will guide you on the next steps.
Non-Eligible Cases
* Exchanges are not allowed for minor variations in colour or print placement, as these are part of the design process.
* Items that are worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be eligible for exchange.
